We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition as received

  • Unused, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable)

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Original shipping fees

We also do not accept returns on:

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want:

  • Return the original item

  • Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification required.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

This right overrides the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at service@nobivexa.com.
